Screw Conveyors/Feeders
- Efficiently transport and handle various materials, including grit, sludge, screenings, and other waste products.
- Available in various configurations (U-trough, V-trough, open channel, etc.) to suit specific applications.
- Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, with availability to aluminum and non-corrosive flights, to withstand harsh environments.
- Made-to-order versions available upon request for specific lengths, materials, etc.
- Screws Conveyors are available in many materials and right-hand and left-hand configurations.
- Screw Conveyors are control fed and are designed to establish and maintain constant rates of discharge.
- Screw Feeders, similar to Screw Conveyors, differ by having a flood-loaded inlet. These feeders are made to meter and measure the product at a fixed or variable rate.
- Spiral Conveyors are also available upon request.
Take-Up Bearings
- Offer options in wood, stainless steel, and other non-corrosive materials to resist wear and tear in demanding environments.
Non-Metallic Chain & Sprockets
- Ideal for applications requiring corrosion resistance, noise reduction, and lightweight construction.
- Suitable for environments with high moisture levels, chemicals, and wastewater exposure.
- Available in various sizes and configurations to meet your specific needs.
- Size includes but is not limited to NM720S and typically includes F226 attachment links.
- Other styles include an NH78 drive chain or SAV series chains.
- Sprockets are offered in non-corrosive materials and typically include a shear pin assembly on the drive sprockets to prevent full system failure. If something is off in the system, the shear pin will snap, causing the sprocket to free spin and show the issue immediately by stopping conveying.

Please note: Non-metallic drive chains, commonly used in waste water treatment systems, are never interlaceable between manufacturers. Meaning, that if your chain needs replacing, all connected strands to that section MUST be replaced or MUST be provided by the same manufacturer.
