- Bucket Elevators: Vertical elevators are known for their small footprint but big impact to your plant. Used to carry material from the ground up, our Tapco and MaxiLift buckets and elevator components will get the job done. We can provide elevator buckets and belts cut specific for your application. Elevator buckets can be purchased in offset spacing, buckets with "no ears" as they call it in the peanut industry, and drilled for both elevator chain or conveyor belts.
- Idlers and Return Rollers: Known as the the framework of the conveyor, troughing idlers and return rollers are used to keep material from spilling out of your conveyor. Our conveyor idlers meet CEMA standards and come in options ranging in channel inset idlers, equal troughing idlers, flat carrier idlers, grain idlers, impact rollers, retro grain idlers, spring impact rolls, and more.
- Screw Conveyors: Used in agriculture, chemicals, lumber, cotton, these screws meter bulk materials efficiently with options from Martin, KWS, and Screw Conveyor Corporation. Customize lengths and thicknesses for perfect fit. These are also available in stainless steel commonly used in wastewater treatment plants.
- Take-Up Frames: Eliminating the need for additional take-up support by promoting belt tracking, preventing belt slippage, and allowing for load distribution, take-up frames are a more efficient and easier way to keep tension on your belt. Take-up frames come in a variety of different styles to fit your application.
- Conveyor Belting: A continuous section of flexible material that transports items along a designated path within conveyor systems.
