ISO Standard Series
The smallest spherical roller bearings - deal for applications with limited space and moderate loads, such as some material handling equipment or smaller gearboxes.
Offer bearings with slightly larger dimensions than the 21300 series - can handle moderate to moderately heavy loads and are suitable for various applications, including construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and pump shafts.
Designed for heavier loads compared to the previous series - commonly used in industrial gearboxes, crushers, and vibrating screens within the mining and construction industries.
Offer bearings for very heavy loads - ideal for heavy-duty equipment like large gear drives in mills, kilns, and offshore drilling rigs. The 23200 series is the largest standard dimensional grouping.
Extra-large bearings even bigger than the 23200 series - typically custom-produced for giant equipment in industries like mining, steel mills, and power generation.
The factors to consider when choosing are things like load capacity (including static and dynamic), shaft diameter, space constraints, and speed. Its important to consult with an expert (aka us lol) to be sure of load ratings, speed limits, etc.
