Screw conveyors are ideal for continuously handling a steady flow of bulk materials without interruption over extended periods. They are available in a variety of orientations and segmented or helicoid configurations to meet your specific needs:

• Horizontal screw conveyors have a simple, easy-to-install design and are well-suited for transporting bulk resources short to medium distances. They are appropriate for handling powers, grains, and granular materials.
• Inclined screw conveyors carry bulk materials up and down slopes that are too steep or shallow for horizontal or vertical orientations. They are useful in the fertilizer, cotton, and peanut industries to transport raw materials through the various processing stages.
• Vertical screw conveyors are beneficial for productions with limited space or significantly different process elevations. Applications include transporting grains and seeds from ground hoppers into silos or carrying wastewater sludge and solids up to digestors or incinerators.
• Shaftless screw conveyors are necessary when handling viscous or abrasive materials prone to clogging or damaging process equipment. The fewer moving parts allow for lower maintenance, higher transport capacity, and flexible segmented layouts.
• Live bottom screw conveyors have a vibrating or moving bottom that helps discharge the material being conveyed. This is usually better for materials that are sticky or more difficult to move.
