We ship primarily UPS or FedEx pre-paid & add unless another account is specified. Most Next Day Air orders can be shipped same day if order is placed before 2pm EST. We are not responsible for any shipping delays beyond our control (weather, or delays by carrier). If a product needs to travel truck-line we will contact you for a preferred carrier or ship prepaid & add on our preferred carrier. Hot shots must be specified as early in the morning as possible and no later than noon to dedicate a truck successfully.
For customers without an account, we require payment before ordering via ACH or debit/credit card. All credit card payments will incur a 3% credit card processing fee. If you would like to set up an account with us contact: ar@dixieindustrialsales.com and our accounting department will follow up with the next steps for a Net 30 account. We prefer that one time and first time orders be paid upfront as the account set up process can delay order placement.
As most of our sales representatives are based locally around our store location, we can try our best to do an onsite visit if needed or send one of our manufacturer representatives on our behalf to spec your problem for a solution.
The power transmission world stretches hundreds maybe even thousands of manufacturers so there is no way to list all we are capable of here. If you are looking for someone specific, reach out anyways. Chances are we have a source for you or one of our technical specialists can provide an equal or better option or interchange.
