Welded Steel & Heavy Duty Drag Chains
The most common drag chains are welded steel mill chains and heavy-duty drag chains. These include a wide "pushing" and "offset" area and can easily be identified by their differing shape and style with the bushing or barrel being welded into the sidebar. These may include WD or WDH in their item numbers, followed by a series of numbers, which can be found engraved on the narrowing or "offset" portion of the chain. Heavy duty drag chains are commonly used in grain handling, forest products, conveyors of all demands, sugar production, and so many more. Their handling capacity is what sets them apart when working up to moderate speeds.
Welded steel drag chains are industrial champions; they are designed to dominate the harshest environments and conquer your toughest challenges, and with Dixie, we will get you exactly what your application demands.
