Company History
Dixie Industrial Sales is a locally owned and operated Georgia Corporation. We have been supplying bearings, power transmission, mill supplies, and excellent service to our customers since 1983. In 1995 we expanded our Thomasville, GA operation and opened a store in Douglas, GA in order to better serve our growing customer base across middle and south Georgia, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. Since then, we have further expended our store presence to Brunswick, GA and Dothan, AL.
Our inventory
Our inventory is designed to meet the individual needs of our customers and in most cases we have the ability to ship straight from the manufacturer. We are able to provide timely deliveries, service and support to corporations both large and small alike. We are committed to working with you to keep your plant running as smoothly as possible.
Our Team
Dixie Industrial Sales currently employs 26 sales professionals who are knowledgeable, courteous and dedicated to providing the best product at the best price. Our sales associates are involved in periodic training and are capable of providing technical expertise for the products we sell. Because we are a small business with an experienced and energetic staff, we are able to spend less time on bureaucracy and more time serving the needs of our customers.
Our Speciality
Over the decades, our main focus has always been in bearings, power transmission, and mill supplies. We represent over 200 of today's leading manufacturers in our industry and we are capable of providing both standard and custom solutions for your plant. Until recent years, one of our main emphasis has been on conveyor systems and offering on site training for conveyor belts and components. While we still excel in that area, over the years, our customer needs have changed. We find ourselves being more than just a mill supplier, but an extension of our customer's procurement and purchasing departments. We go the extra mile to source the items that other competitors are not willing to find. We put in the work so you don't have to.
